What you see here
This page shows real-time status of the services Catena operates for ourselves -- the marketing site (catena.run), the docs (docs.catena.run), the client portal (app.catena.run), and the billing API.
Gatus probes run on a host separate from the one serving the apps, so this page stays consultable even if a primary service goes down. Any outage hitting Catena infrastructure is publicly visible; we can't hide it.
For clients on a retainer, uptime tracking for your own Catena Suite is in your client portal at app.catena.run (Monitoring section). SLA thresholds depend on your tier (Small: best-effort; Medium / Large: 99.5%).
Gatus dashboard
Embed coming once Gatus is publicly exposed at https://status.catena.run. In the meantime, email hello@catena.run or book a call if you suspect an outage.
Status: in build. The public Gatus dashboard will be embedded here in the next iteration. The internal Gatus instance is already running and powering operator alerts.
